In many cases, employees’ doesn’t leave the company they just want to get rid of boss. May be the boss exhibits more personal traits than professional traits?

Another step towards common sense. I wish it evolves instead of paving way for a newer concept.

In 5 Years any new application that is not built to be smart will be out of market. also develop applications that makes the user addictive. the application should exhibit behavior suiting the user so that addiction will be possible.

Simplicity is at most sophistication. Deals and lives with sophistication to create simpler things. 

If you ate today, thank a farmer. if you used an application today thank a product manager.
